Distancing Too Much?

Sometimes, distancing is exactly what we need to protect ourselves especially when the gender dysphoria feels too intense or the world doesn’t feel safe. But if we use it too often, it can start to make us feel disconnected, stuck, or like we’re missing out on the life we want to live.

This activity will help you recognize early signs that you might be distancing more than you want to and gives you a chance to choose a few small things you can do to gently reconnect with yourself, your body, or the people and things that matter to you.
