Continue to name the gender dysphoria when it shows up in your life and as you go through this program.
Creating that space between you and the gender dysphoria will allow the coping skills you will learn in the remaining sections to be more impactful.
If you are following our suggested schedule it is a time to take a break and spend the next two days naming and noticing the gender dysphoria.
When you come back after your two days of externalizing gender dysphoria you will begin the coping skills training!
Remember to schedule a reminder to come back after two days.
