Identifying which skill to use for each gender dysphoria scenario is crucial. (Identificar qué habilidad usar para cada escenario de disforia de género es fundamental.) When we are stressed out and feeling overwhelmed it can be difficult to think of how to cope. But if we think ahead and plan which skills to use when we’re calm, we’ll be ready for when the gender dysphoria feels overwhelming!

In the next and final module, we will quickly go over everything you have learned so far. We will also give you a helpful cheat sheet that you can download and keep for when you need some extra support.
